Citizen´s House Alvari serves Koskela ward, which consist Meri-Toppila, Koskela, Taskila and Alppila. Resident home is a livingroom for people, where you meet other people, organize events, clubs and eat well!

In Alvari you can check your emails, play piano or play games. We also serve tasty lunch. On demand we can come and give lessons and guidance with computers.
