Premises of the Operation

Culture is a verb! Culture's power comes true, as we shift from passive culture users into active culture makers. In a broad sense culture means interaction, co-operation, new activity possibilities, critical thinking...

Encounters, listening and dialogue create a basis also for art activities. What is important in the association's work is collaboration and networking (meaning local, national and international networks).

Art is born in the everyday life, it's an individual's and a community's strength, a possibility to create understanding and interaction and develop your surroundings.
