Learning Village –Belongingnes (2011-2013) is project supported NordPlus (Nordic Council of Ministers).

The idea of the project

Learning Village is community –based art education project for adults. Its main object is to strengthen the participatory and agency of local people with art activities. It creates also the new identity and image of the areas. The dialog and processes of  local people and different partners support the informal and formal  learning.
